Can stomach fire cause oral ulcers?

If there is excessive stomach fire, it can cause oral ulcers, because excessive stomach fire leads to poor digestion in the gastrointestinal tract. If food cannot be digested properly, it will reflux into the mouth, and may also cause symptoms like throat pain and a dry, itchy throat. Therefore, if stomach fire occurs, it is essential to treat it promptly to avoid worsening the condition. Drinking some rose tea or chrysanthemum tea can effectively clear heat and detoxify, helping to reduce stomach fire. Most importantly, do not drink alcohol, smoke, or eat spicy and irritating foods, as these can exacerbate stomach fire.

What vitamin is lacking in excessive sweating?

Excessive sweating generally occurs and is mostly considered to be caused by a lack of trace elements, such as a deficiency in zinc or calcium. Effective conditioning can initially be achieved through calcium supplementation, for instance, by consuming more foods and fruits like eggs, fish, lean meat, shrimp, rib soup, egg soup, Chinese cabbage, leafy greens, bananas, grapefruits, and oranges. These can greatly help replenish the calcium the body is lacking and contain trace elements that can lead to significant improvements. Regular physical exercise is also necessary, as it can increase the body's resistance and effectively prevent diseases.

Where to apply moxibustion for acute urticaria

In cases of acute urticaria, it is advised to promptly visit a hospital and undergo treatment under the guidance of a doctor. This is because moxibustion is a slow treatment method and is not very effective for acute urticaria. However, if urticaria occurs in normal circumstances, it can be slowly treated through moxibustion, which can achieve therapeutic purposes. Moxibustion mainly plays a supplementary role. Initially, moxibustion can be applied to acupoints such as Quchi, Dazhui, and Sanyinjiao to maintain health and achieve effective conditioning.

Excessive sweating is commonly seen in which diseases?

In cases of excessive sweating, it is often seen in individuals with kidney deficiency, physical weakness, or excessive dampness. It may also be due to malnutrition, such as calcium deficiency or lack of trace elements, which can all lead to this symptom. Therefore, it is advisable to manage your diet by including eggs, lean meat, shrimp, as well as fruits like apples, bananas, and grapefruits. These foods help increase the body's calcium and contain trace elements, which can lead to significant improvements. Additionally, ensure adequate sleep, avoid overworking, and do not stay up late.

What should I do if I have mouth ulcers due to excessive stomach fire?

Mouth ulcers due to excessive stomach heat are primarily caused by improper diet. For this condition, one should consume more foods and fruits that reduce stomach heat, such as apples, pears, watermelon, and grapefruit, as well as vegetables like lettuce and celery to effectively regulate stomach heat and improve symptoms. It is crucial to drink plenty of water, urinate frequently, and avoid consuming foods that increase internal heat and irritant foods to prevent exacerbating the condition. How to deal with insomnia and frequent dreams due to qi deficiency?

For insomnia and frequent dreaming caused by qi deficiency, it is crucial to pay more attention to rest and maintain sufficient sleep, avoiding staying up late. You can soak your feet in warm water before sleeping, as this process can accelerate the metabolism in the body and promote blood circulation, which can effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia and frequent dreaming, and also relieve some symptoms caused by qi deficiency. Alternatively, acupuncture under the guidance of a qualified physician can also achieve good relief, or you can eat more qi-nourishing foods in your daily diet.

What is excessive sweating and night sweats?

The causes of excessive sweating and night sweats are often considered to be due to a relatively weak constitution or frequent staying up late. Other possible reasons might include frequent sexual activities, which can also lead to excessive sweating and night sweats. Therefore, it is initially necessary to use Chinese medicine for conditioning, which can bring about significant improvement. Mainly, medicines that boost qi and nourish yin, such as ginseng and longan, are used. These can effectively replenish yang and qi and provide effective conditioning. In terms of diet, drinking more plain water can also help alleviate gastrointestinal digestion. (Please use medications under the guidance of a doctor.)

How to deal with excessive sweating, frequent dreams, and insomnia?

In cases of excessive sweating, frequent dreams, and insomnia, there are generally two scenarios to consider. One is caused by the deficiency of both the heart and spleen. In this condition, sweating is usually more excessive, as it can intensify after activities or meals and may also be accompanied by symptoms such as irritability and insomnia. The other scenario is due to kidney yin deficiency, where insufficient yin leads to excessive yang, resulting in insomnia, many dreams, and night sweats. In this type of sweating, it is generally profuse during sleep, but stops upon waking. This may also be accompanied by symptoms such as lower back soreness and tinnitus. It is recommended to ensure adequate rest regularly, avoid excessive fatigue, and not to be under too much stress.

Does spleen deficiency cause hair loss?

Generally, patients with spleen deficiency may experience symptoms of hair loss. However, not all hair loss is due to spleen deficiency. If hair loss is induced by spleen deficiency, it generally needs to be treated by addressing the spleen deficiency regularly to see effective improvement. Diet can also help by eating more walnuts and black sesame, and by increasing the intake of high-quality proteins and vitamins. For example, consuming more eggs, fish, and oranges can greatly boost the body's immunity and provide effective nourishment.
