What should not be eaten with endometritis?
Endometritis is caused when bacteria opportunistically enter the uterus due to a decrease in a woman's immunity, leading to congestion and edema of the endometrial lining. During endometritis, it is important to pay attention to diet. Consuming food that causes flare-ups, such as seafood like salmon, hairtail, shrimp, and others, can have side effects. These foods intensify internal damp-heat and after consumption, may result in an increase in vaginal discharge and itching of the vulva. Additionally, it is also advisable to avoid irritant foods such as tobacco and alcohol, as their long-term presence in the body is not conducive to disease recovery. It is best to choose fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as protein-rich foods like eggs, lean meats, and dairy, all of which are beneficial for the recovery from endometritis.

Can you dye your hair if you have postpartum hair loss?
You should not dye your hair if you experience hair loss postpartum, as the scalp is already very fragile during this period. Using chemical agents to perm or dye your hair could further damage the scalp foundation, potentially accelerating hair loss. Additionally, it is not advisable to use chemical dyes during the breastfeeding period postpartum because these chemicals can enter the bloodstream through the scalp and subsequently make their way into the breast milk, potentially affecting the baby's growth and development. Therefore, it is best to avoid dyeing your hair during the postpartum period, especially while breastfeeding and experiencing hair loss.

What to do about abdominal pain caused by embryonic arrest?
After discovering an embryonic arrest accompanied by abdominal pain, it is important to observe whether there is vaginal bleeding or expulsion of embryonic tissue. If the embryo is not expelled in time, an immediate uterine evacuation surgery is necessary to avoid the risk of intrauterine infection and impact on health. After the surgery, it is important to rest, enhance nutrition, and eat foods rich in vitamins and proteins. Moreover, a week later, a visit to the hospital for an ultrasound should be conducted to check if the expulsion was complete and to understand the recovery status of the uterus.

Can I perm my hair after postpartum hair loss?
During postpartum hair loss, it is not advisable to perm your hair, as perming can accelerate hair loss. The process of perming involves the use of chemical agents, which contain toxic substances, including heavy metals. These can irritate the hair follicles and cause severe hair loss. Additionally, during breastfeeding, the toxic substances from perming can penetrate the scalp and enter the bloodstream, and then make their way into the baby's body through breast milk, causing adverse effects on the baby. The chemicals used in hair perming can also potentially cause allergic reactions in women, and if the baby comes into contact with these substances, they can also trigger allergies. Therefore, for the health of both the mother and the baby, it is best to avoid perming hair at this time.

Can postpartum depression be cured?
Postpartum depression is curable. It is fundamentally a manifestation of reduced volitional activity, and most patients can be cured after a period of time. However, in everyday life, family support is needed, especially the psychological support from family members and husbands, which is very important. Postpartum depression is generally a self-limiting disease, but there are certain conditions for recovery. Patients with milder symptoms and shorter durations of illness generally have a better prognosis. Typically, it occurs within one month after childbirth, with symptoms becoming prominent within six months, and gradually diminishing after three to six months. However, one should not rely solely on self-healing and should actively seek treatment from professional medical practitioners.

How long does it take for a miscarried embryo to be expelled from the body?
After the embryo ceases to develop, some may naturally miscarry. Others may not be expelled naturally and require medical intervention for removal. After the embryo has stopped developing, the timing of expulsion varies from person to person due to different physical constitutions. Most women can naturally miscarry after the embryo stops developing, typically within about ten days when expulsion occurs. However, some embryonic tissue may be larger and adhere to the uterine cavity, preventing expulsion and causing continuous vaginal bleeding. In such cases, a visit to the hospital for an ultrasound is necessary, followed by medical abortion or a dilation and curettage procedure.

How to nourish through diet for postpartum hair loss?
When experiencing postpartum hair loss, women should enhance their nutrition by consuming more iron-rich foods, such as soybeans, black beans, seafood, spinach, and red beans, all of which contain abundant iron. Iron deficiency after childbirth is also related to the occurrence of anemia. Additionally, consuming plenty of protein-rich foods is essential, particularly since the growth of hair needs the amino acid cysteine. Therefore, it's indispensable to supplement proteins. In everyday life, one can eat chicken, beef, eggs, milk, and soy products, which all are rich in high-quality plant proteins and are excellent choices. Moreover, it’s beneficial to eat a moderate amount of iodine-containing foods, such as kelp and seaweed.

Will postpartum urinary incontinence heal itself?
Symptoms of urinary incontinence after childbirth are curable for most women. Postpartum urinary incontinence results from the relaxation and strain of the pelvic floor muscles during pregnancy and childbirth, thus it is necessary to exercise these muscles after giving birth. Additionally, pelvic physiotherapy can also be performed. Generally, normal function can be restored within six months, and for those in better health, recovery can occur as soon as one month postpartum. It is critical to adhere to treatment under medical guidance when experiencing urinary incontinence; otherwise, the impact on a woman's health can be significant, affecting normal social interactions and work.

What does it mean if rubella virus IgG antibodies are high before pregnancy?
Before pregnancy, it is generally necessary to undergo eugenic prenatal tests, and the rubella virus test is one of them. If the test shows that rubella virus IgG antibodies are elevated, this indicates that the patient has previously been infected with the virus or has been vaccinated against the rubella virus, and antibodies have been produced in the body, providing immunity to the virus. Therefore, when a rubella virus IgG is detected, the patient does not need to be particularly worried, as this result does not affect a normal pregnancy. Regardless of whether or not one has been vaccinated against rubella, it is advisable to avoid contact with children infected with rubella during early pregnancy to prevent contracting the rubella virus, which can affect the growth and development of the fetus.

How long is the critical period for postpartum hemorrhage?
Postpartum hemorrhage generally occurs within 24 hours after giving birth, and sometimes it can occur 1-2 weeks postpartum. It is important to pay special attention during this time to see if there is an increase in vaginal secretions or bleeding. Generally, after giving birth, it is necessary to observe in the delivery room for two hours; if there is no bleeding within those two hours, the patient can be moved back to the ward. The main causes of postpartum hemorrhage include poor contraction of the uterus, retained placental tissue, abnormalities in the coagulation function of the woman's blood, and tears in the birth canal.
