Can psoriasis be cured?
Psoriasis is a type of chronic inflammatory skin disease, with the plaque type being the most common and is treatable. However, symptoms can recur, often worsening in winter and improving in summer. It requires enhanced skin cleansing and moisturizing care, a light diet, supplementation with vitamins and high-quality proteins, and the oral intake of medications such as total glucosides of peony capsules, tripterygium glycoside tablets, folic acid tablets, as well as indigo naturalis psoriasis capsules or curcuma psoriasis tablets. Topical tacalcitol ointment should be applied to the affected skin, combined with physical treatments like narrow-band ultraviolet light therapy. Some cases may require medicated baths or treatment with retinoic acid medications, particularly for special types of psoriasis such as erythrodermic, pustular, and psoriatic arthritis types. (Medication should be used under the guidance of a physician.)

What should I do if my skin is itchy and oozing yellow fluid?
For skin itchiness accompanied by symptoms like oozing yellow fluid, which align with changes seen in eczema, it is necessary to enhance skin cleanliness and provide symptomatic treatment with anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory measures. Avoid spicy, stimulating foods and seafood products, and reinforce local cleanliness to prevent secondary infections. Apply a 3% boric acid solution externally, and after the surface liquid has dried, further apply Clobetasol Propionate Econazole Cream. Take orally Mycostatin sustained-release tablets, Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules, and Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycosides Tablets, among other medications. If the condition is severe, an intramuscular injection of Compound Betamethasone can be administered to control the situation until the skin lesions stabilize, after which non-steroidal categories should be used. (Note: Use of medications should be conducted under the guidance of a physician.)

Is the recurrence rate of common warts high?
Common warts, commonly known as verruca vulgaris, are infectious due to human papillomavirus infection and have a high recurrence rate. For example, warts occurring on the feet are called plantar warts, which often have a long disease course and require multiple cryotherapy treatments, even more than ten times, and can recur and reoccur. It is necessary to enhance skin cleanliness, avoid external factors such as injuries, and provide active and effective antiviral treatment and immunomodulatory supportive symptomatic treatment. Early intervention with physical treatments, such as cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen, laser treatment, or even surgical removal of the wart, can be combined with oral medications like thymosin enteric capsules and topical interferon gel to suppress virus replication.
