What should I do if my face is severely swollen due to rosacea?
If rosacea appears and causes significant facial swelling, you can apply some anti-inflammatory drugs locally, such as Mupirocin ointment or Fusidic acid cream. It is also advisable to take oral anti-inflammatory drugs under the guidance of a doctor, typically choosing Doxycycline Hydrochloride capsules or Minocycline Hydrochloride capsules. Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease occurring on the face, primarily involving facial blood vessels, hair follicles, and sebaceous glands. The cheeks may exhibit episodic flushing accompanied by papules, pustules, and dilated capillaries, as well as uncomfortable sensations like itching and burning. If you have rosacea, it's important to choose appropriate facial cleansing products or use clean water to remove excess oil from the skin's surface. Also, pay attention to your diet, avoiding overly greasy, spicy, and irritating foods.

Does albinism have symptoms other than being white?
In addition to light skin, albinism also presents other symptoms. Individuals with albinism usually have white or yellow-white hair that is fine and soft. Their pupils appear red due to the lack of pigment in the choroid, and some might have congenital small pupils. The sclera may be transparent or appear pale red. People with albinism typically experience photophobia, tearing, frequent blinking, nystagmus (eye tremors), and astigmatism. Although most patients are healthy in other body parts, some with albinism may suffer from poor development, short stature, and intellectual disabilities. When albinism affects the eyes, it is accompanied by skin depigmentation, photophobia, and tearing. Excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays can lead to conditions like solar dermatitis, actinic cheilitis (inflammation of the lips), increased wrinkling of the skin, and dilation of capillaries.

How can chronic urticaria be treated to be completely cured?
Chronic urticaria is relatively difficult to cure completely. It can be managed effectively through standardized medication and lifestyle adjustments to reduce the frequency of outbreaks. Chronic urticaria is usually related to a decrease in the body's immunity; certain allergens can also trigger it. Therefore, treatment of chronic urticaria should include medications that enhance immune function combined with antihistamines. Commonly used thymopeptides can strengthen immunity, and antihistamines such as chlorcyclizine hydrochloride tablets, olopatadine hydrochloride tablets, or loratadine tablets may be chosen. It is also important to avoid inhaling, touching, or ingesting substances that trigger urticaria. Additionally, avoiding staying up late, maintaining a regular schedule, avoiding spicy and irritating foods, and engaging in appropriate exercise to enhance the body's immunity are recommended.

Is a positive mycoplasma test definitely a sexually transmitted disease?
Mycoplasma positivity does not necessarily indicate a sexually transmitted disease. Mycoplasma infection is a common reproductive system disease in clinical practice, and it can lead to infertility, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, premature rupture of membranes, preterm delivery, and related conditions. Mycoplasma infection falls under the category of sexually transmitted diseases because it is primarily transmitted through sexual contact. Current medical technology can cure mycoplasma infection. Treatment can include the use of azithromycin or doxycycline. There are many types of mycoplasmas. Pneumonia mycoplasma can cause pneumonia and upper respiratory tract symptoms. Ureaplasma urealyticum and other reproductive tract mycoplasmas cause infections in the urinary and reproductive systems. (Use medication under the guidance of a doctor.)
