Symptoms of eczema
Eczema is divided into acute, subacute, chronic, and some special types of eczema. Acute eczema is characterized by millet-sized papules appearing on erythema, subacute eczema is characterized by reduced erythema and exudation, chronic eczema results from the lingering of acute and subacute eczema, and special types of eczema are mainly manifested in the location of onset.

What should not be eaten with eczema?
The pathogenesis of eczema is very complex. As for which foods should be avoided, it is based on frequent observation. If you are unsure about which foods to avoid, you can go to the hospital for allergen testing. It is important to be cautious about dietary restrictions for babies, and while avoiding certain foods, it is also necessary to ensure the intake of nutrients.

Can frostbite be treated with a hot towel compress?
Chilblains are caused by the cold, leading to spasms and contractions in the small blood vessels at the distal and peripheral ends of the human body, causing venous congestion and poor local blood circulation. At this time, using a hot towel for local hot compresses, or using heating pads for local heat application, can dilate local blood vessels, improve microcirculation, and increase blood flow, which helps in treating chilblains.

Can an airplane cup (fleshlight) transmit AIDS?
Using a masturbation cup alone will not result in contracting AIDS. However, if the masturbation cup is shared with an AIDS patient, there is a risk of infection. This can occur if the AIDS patient leaves bodily fluids or secretions on the masturbation cup, and the next user's mucous membranes come into contact with these fluids, potentially leading to HIV infection.

What medicine is good for genital herpes?
For topical treatment of genital herpes, clinicians generally use antiviral medications such as acyclovir ointment, penciclovir cream, sodium phosphonoformate ointment, interferon ointment, and so on. If there is a concurrent bacterial infection, ointments like erythromycin, fusidic acid cream, and mupirocin ointment can be used in combination. Additionally, traditional Chinese medicine ointments that detoxify and dry dampness, such as borax and zinc oxide menthol ointment, can also be used.

Is seborrheic dermatitis itchy?
Seborrheic dermatitis, also known as seborrheic eczema, is a chronic papular scaly superficial inflammatory skin disease that occurs in areas of excessive sebum secretion. It is commonly found in areas rich in sebaceous glands, such as the head, face, and trunk. The characteristic skin lesions primarily consist of follicular papules that gradually merge into dark red or yellow-red patches, covered with greasy scales or crusts. There may be exudation, crusting, erosion, and eczematous changes. In severe cases, it can spread over the entire body, causing diffuse erythema and significant scaling. The condition may be accompanied by varying degrees of itching.

How long will it take for genital herpes to heal after taking medication?
Genital herpes is categorized into primary genital herpes and recurrent genital herpes. Primary genital herpes refers to the first infection of the herpes simplex virus, with a treatment duration generally ranging from two to three weeks, after which symptoms disappear. Recurrent genital herpes refers to the recurrence of the condition after the primary infection lesions have subsided. Treatment typically leads to the disappearance of symptoms within seven to ten days. However, it should be emphasized that genital herpes cannot be completely cured, hence it is recurrent.

AIDS is also called Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
AIDS, also known as Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome, is a sexually transmitted disease characterized by severe immunodeficiency caused by the infection of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, or HIV. HIV invades the human immune system, causing a decline or even loss of immune function, ultimately leading to death due to severe infections or tumors. Therefore, its mortality rate is extremely high, and there are no effective treatments.

Difference between acute and chronic urticaria
Acute and chronic urticaria can be distinguished by their symptoms. Acute urticaria has a sudden onset with the rapid appearance of wheals, often accompanied by severe itching, and generally subsides within several days to weeks. If outbreaks occur more than twice a week and persist for more than six weeks, it then progresses to chronic urticaria, which is protracted but with milder symptoms, triggering acute episodes under allergenic factors.

Is psoriasis a precursor to AIDS?
Psoriasis is not a precursor to AIDS; they are two separate diseases. Currently, psoriasis is mainly considered to be caused by factors such as genetics, infections, endocrine issues, medication, environment, etc. AIDS, on the other hand, is primarily caused by an infection with the HIV virus, leading to severe immunodeficiency. Therefore, under normal circumstances, psoriasis cannot turn into AIDS, but it is possible for AIDS to be complicated by psoriasis.
