To fundamentally cure skin allergies, it is first necessary to identify the allergens causing the patient's allergies. Once the allergens are identified, it is essential to avoid further contact with these allergens. Subsequently, treatment can be undertaken using anti-allergy or antihistamine drugs. Finally, during the period of skin allergy, it is important to maintain a light diet, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and abstain from smoking and alcohol.

When does prickly heat itch?
Prickly heat commonly occurs when temperatures are high, the weather is hot, or when the skin's resistance is weak. One of the main symptoms of prickly heat is itching, particularly prevalent during excessively hot weather, especially when sweating occurs. The sweat soaking into the skin can lead to the appearance of symptoms such as papules and vesicles, which can be particularly itchy. It is advisable to manage these symptoms appropriately.

What should erysipelas patients pay attention to in their diet?
Patients with erysipelas need to pay special attention to their diet during illness, as their body's resistance and immunity are relatively low. It is advised that they eat more green vegetables and fruits, such as leafy greens, carrots, apples, pears, and grapes, and avoid spicy and irritating foods such as barbecue, spicy hot pot, onions, ginger, and garlic.

Can prickly heat be treated with calamine?
Lugan Stone Cleanser is mainly used for acute pruritic dermatosis, such as urticaria, eczema, prickly heat, etc. Thus, it can be used for prickly heat. The method of use is topical application; shake well before use, apply an appropriate amount of Lugan Stone Cleanser to the affected area, and it can be applied two to three times a day. However, if there is a burning sensation or swelling at the site of application, discontinue use immediately, clean the area thoroughly, and consult a local physician if necessary. Additionally, to prevent the recurrence of prickly heat, it is important to keep the environment cool and ventilated, avoid outdoor activities under strong sunlight, frequently bathe in warm water and dry the skin properly, and maintain a light diet rich in vegetables and fruits while avoiding spicy, stimulating, and greasy foods.

What is the difference between measles and leprosy?
Measles and leprosy are diseases with significant differences. Firstly, fundamentally, measles is caused by the measles virus, while leprosy is caused by the leprosy bacillus. Secondly, in terms of the disease course, measles is an acute infectious disease with a rapid onset, whereas leprosy is a chronic infectious disease with a slow onset and disease progression. Lastly, in terms of treatment, measles is mainly treated with antiviral symptomatic therapy, while leprosy is treated with antibiotics and other drugs.

Differentiation between Corns and Plantar Warts
Corns and plantar warts are two different skin conditions, although both often occur on the feet, they have significant differences. First, corns and plantar warts differ in contagion and quantity. Generally, corns appear singly and are not contagious; while plantar warts often appear in larger numbers and are highly contagious. Moreover, corns are usually caused by pressure or friction on the feet, whereas plantar warts are caused by a viral infection of the skin on the soles of the feet.

Can people with skin allergies drink milk?
Patients with skin allergies are advised not to drink milk. This is because the components in milk are relatively likely to exacerbate allergies, as it contains many allergens. Therefore, it is best to avoid drinking milk. However, if an allergen test is conducted and none of the components in milk cause an allergic reaction in the patient, it is safe to drink milk. Additionally, after experiencing skin allergies, it is beneficial to eat light foods and avoid rich foods, such as fish, shrimp, crab, etc.

Regarding treatment, prickly heat can be addressed with prickly heat powder or some cooling ointments, which often result in a cure. Corns consist of a hyperkeratosis forming a circular or oval, yellowish appearance. They generally cause severe pain once they develop, and prompt treatment is necessary. This can include the use of topical medications or physical therapy methods, such as laser treatment.

Can you still have children with third-stage syphilis?
Third-stage syphilis is the most severe stage of the disease, and it is not possible to have children if one has third-stage syphilis, because syphilis can be transmitted from mother to fetus. The infectivity is particularly strong during the third stage. If a child is conceived at this time, it could lead to stillbirth. Besides stillbirth, even if the child is born by chance, they may have abnormal development or be born with diseases. This is tremendously painful and tormenting for both the parent and child. Therefore, one cannot have children with third-stage syphilis.
