Does a long foreskin cause premature ejaculation?

As a result, the glans receives less external stimulation and becomes more sensitive. Therefore, during sexual activity, as the penis erects and the glans is exposed and comes into contact with a partner’s body, its heightened sensitivity can lead to premature ejaculation. Thus, an elongated foreskin certainly causes premature ejaculation.
How is premature ejaculation treated? Is surgery needed?
